These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site. Ambly trading Trading reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

The laws in the United Arab Emirates will govern the terms and conditions of your purchase, without regard to any conflict of laws principals. Any disputes that may arise from these terms will be resolved by a court in the UAE.
 
We will not trade with or provide services to countries that are under sanction by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
 
Children under 18 cannot use this website. They cannot sign up or make any transactions.
 
The cardholder is required to keep a copy of the transaction records and the policies and rules of the trading company, L.L.C.
 
The user is responsible for keeping his account confidential.
 
You can’t see colors if you’re blind. But if you have some special glasses, you can see colors.
 
You can pay your bill by either cash or check.
 
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for products and services.
 
If you register for a course and provide an email address, we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
 
As the cardholder, you will need to keep a copy of your transaction records and Merchant policies and rules in case there is a dispute.
 
You are responsible for keeping your membership information and payment details confidential.
 
When you put something in a bag, it is closed up so that no air can get in or out. This keeps the bag from getting spoil.
 
When you buy something from a store, you get a warranty. This means the store guarantees that the product you bought is in working condition. If something goes wrong with the product, the store will help you fix it or replace it.
 
Standard items come with a 12-month warranty. This means that if something goes wrong with the item within that time, we’ll fix it for you.
 
If you find that there is a manufacturing fault with the device, please contact us and mention the complete details of the fault. If the product is “Dead On Arrival” (DOA) within the first 7 days after receiving delivery, then we will come to collect the defective unit within 5 working days and arrange for a replacement where possible. Alternatively, you can drop the product off at our service center. In either case, you will be asked for your original invoice and proof of ID. Replacements will only be given once the defective product has been checked and approved as a DOA item. If the product is outside of the DOA period, then you will be asked to drop the product off at our service center. We will take the appropriate action to either repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem.
 
If something you bought is under warranty, we can take it to our service center to have it fixed.
 
If you want to cancel your reservation, you can do so within 24 hours before your reservation.
 
If you decide you don’t want to buy something, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that your order is cancelled, we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
